Daniel joined Driftless Area Land Conservancy in the summer of 2016. As their Communications and Advancement Associate, Daniel works with the Executive Director to share the good work the Conservancy is doing in the Driftless Area and also helps to secure funding to ensure the future protection of this critical landscape.
Daniel was born in Colorado but spent most of his life in Minnesota. He has a lifelong passion for the outdoors, loves traveling, and is a musician as well. He and his partner Meghan live in Mineral Point where they are raising a daughter and son.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in English and Art History from the University of Minnesota. Before joining DALC, Daniel worked in the field of Higher Education at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in the Alumni Association, Minnesota Medical Foundation, and also the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
