Kathy Moody-Cefalu

Board Member

Kathy Moody-Cefalu is delighted to join the DALC Board of Directors. Kathy & her husband, Mark, own property in the Driftless Area with Kathy’s parents – working hard to preserve the natural beauty of the property while managing prairie, woodland and wildlife habitats.

While Kathy grew up in the Madison area, her family roots are in the Driftless area where she spent much of her childhood on her grandparents farm and enjoying the outdoors through camping and hiking.  Kathy spent her entire career with TDS Telecom before retiring in 2023 in of roles related to marketing, operations, engineering and human resources. She retired in the role of Vice President – Chief Human Resources Officer.  She holds a Bachelors in Business from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville and a Masters in Business Administration from Edgewood College.

Kathy and Mark have two adult children and are now enjoying their new role as grandparents of three and living their dream on Lake Wisconsin. Fun Fact:  Besides enjoying travel, the outdoors, and spoiling her grandchildren Kathy has been involved in growing shitake mushrooms for several years.
