Land Stewardship & Restoration Ecologist
Our partner organization, BadgerLand Foundation, is hiring a Land Stewardship & Restoration Ecologist to lead hands-on restoration and land management at Wild Oaks Preserve. DALC and BadgerLand Foundation jointly manage Wild Oaks, a 500-acre preserve in the Driftless region featuring prairie, oak savanna, wetlands, forests, agricultural land, and recreational trails. This position will play an important role in caring for the preserve and advancing its ecological restoration.
The full-time position is approximately 75% fieldwork and 25% planning, coordination, and project management.
