Get hands-on with the Driftless Trail!

Join DALC staff and fellow volunteers at Weaver Road for a day of stonework along the Driftless Trail. We’ll use stone to build and reinforce trail features, helping create a durable, sustainable trail that can withstand heavy use and the challenges of the Driftless landscape.

DALC staff will demonstrate the techniques and guide volunteers throughout the workday. You’ll get to work alongside other trail enthusiasts, learn a new skill, and see your hard work become a lasting part of the trail.

Come move some rocks, spend a day outside, and help build the Driftless Trail one stone at a time!
